Ocean Night - Dinner on the high seas at The Explorers Club

The Explorers Club is proud to present an incredible opportunity to check-in with some of the world's most interesting ocean writers, photographers and storytellers. Please join us on February 4th for a fantastic slate of presentations — both updates and works-in-progress — from these world-renowned explorers:

Award-winnning author Carl Safina, who first brought the global fishing crisis to public awareness in the 1990's.

Author Paul Greenberg, whose prize-winning books — Four Fish and American Catch — explore man’s relationship with the food of the sea.

Veteran National Geographic photographer David Doubilet and Jennifer Hayes, presenting new work from the Gulf of the St. Lawrence.

Six-time grantee of the National Geographic Expeditions Council, writer and filmmaker Jon Bowermaster sharing excerpts from a brand new documentary from the Maldives.

Plus Robbyne Kaamil, actress, activist, singer and comedienne, about the ongoing campaign for the release of the wild-caught orca Lolita from her decades-long Florida confinement to the waters of her birth in the Pacific Northwest.
