NYT Coverage of The 109th Explorers Club Annual Dinner

Two pieces on the Annual Dinner—and specifically the exotic hors d’oeuvres—have been featured by The New York Times.

Florence Fabricant and David W. Dunlap’s “Horse on the Menu? Try Narwhal,” covers some early history of the exotics and also offers tips on how to prepare walrus meat.

“With Your Goat’s Eye Martini, a Taste of Muskrat” by Elaine Louie provides a bit more coverage of the Dinner and also features quotations from James Cameron FN’03 and Gene Rurka MR’90.
